Dennis P. Fisco

Dennis P. Fisco graduated from Case Western Reserve University and holds a JD degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He has been associated with Seagate since 1985. He is responsible for the acquisition and resale of properties, property and asset management, as well as providing general legal consultation.

Prior to joining Seagate, Mr. Fisco was president of Flexible Pipe Company of Houston, Texas, an underground utility contractor. He has practiced law in several states, representing developers, investors, real estate partnerships, and municipal utility districts. Mr. Fisco has been involved in all aspects of acquisition, development, redevelopment, management, and resale of properties.

Mr. Fisco is an active member of the bar in the states of Ohio, Texas, Colorado, and California. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and a former Councilman and two-term Mayor of the City of Mill Valley, California. He was appointed Mill Valley Citizen of the year in 2006. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Lambda Alpha International as well as numerous professional and civic organizations.
