Mark B. Polite

Mark Polite joined Seagate Properties, Inc. in 1997 to augment the company’s expansion into the pension and real estate advisory markets. Mr. Polite is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and pairing them with the proper capital partner for each transaction.

Prior to joining Seagate, Mr. Polite was Vice President of the Investment Properties Group of CB Commercial Real Estate Group in San Francisco. During his 13-year career with CB Commercial, Mr. Polite was actively involved in the marketing and disposition of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties within the western United States.

Mr. Polite has served on the Citizen’s Advisory Committee regarding the relocation of the Transbay Transportation Terminal in San Francisco. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in political science from Colorado College.
