Willis K. Polite
Willis K. Polite graduated from the University of Nebraska and attended the Graduate Business School of Case Western Reserve University. Prior to co-founding Seagate Investment Company, Seagate Properties, Inc. and First Property Investors, Mr. Polite was the founder and President of The Deerfield Corporation. Prior to Deerfield, Mr. Polite was a partner and officer of Havenfield Corporation, a New York-based investment banking firm. His experience includes corporate finance, private placements, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as real estate acquisition and financing.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a director of several firms, including Solarflo Corporation, Seagate Properties, Inc. and RREEF Real Estate Investment Trust.
