Willis K. ("Wick") Polite, Jr.

Willis K. ("Wick") Polite Jr. performed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, with emphasis in economics and finance. He has been associated with Seagate since 1981 and was responsible for expansion and relocation of the San Francisco office in 1984. His areas of expertise lie in the acquisition, financing, and development of all facets of institutional quality investment real estate.

In addition to daily activities in the operation of Seagate, Mr. Polite is responsible for all acquisition and disposition activities focusing on office, industrial, land development and retail shopping center properties. His development projects have included rezoning, planning, subdivision, construction, and subsequent resale of land and adaptive reuse projects located in California, Florida, Ohio and Arizona.

Mr. Polite is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, at the national and local level, the Urban Land Foundation, a member of the Lambda Alpha Society and the Association for Corporate Growth. In addition, Mr. Polite has served as a director and chair of several school and community related boards.
